Miss Cindy in the front office was such a delight to work with. She made the move-in process so easy for me which I greatly appreciate! The apartment itself is spacious, and community is really quiet in my opinion. So far, I haven’t had any trouble since moving in and the neighbors are friendly as well. Just moved in about a month ago and we are enjoying our stay here. When we moved in the apartment was ready for us. Definitely loving the layout and everything the ironwood has to offer. Super friendly staff who are aways ready to offer help or a solution.

Love my new apartment! Whitney in the leasing office was absolutely amazing! She is very professional, knowledgeable and genuine. I felt like she was my friend because that’s how she treated me. I wasn’t just a number to Whitney and thanks to her everything went smoothly and we are moving into our new home! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Would recommend Ironwood to anyone! Maintenance team gets back to things very quick (usually same day), and the community is very clean. If you’re as scared of bugs in your home as I am you’d like the fact that i’ve never seen one bug - ant, spider, cockroach, etc in my apartment!

I'm really loving it over here at this apartment. The way they take care of everything is great. My wife tells me what is usually happening around the community. I really appreciate the fact that they handle maintenence request seriously and in a timely manner. Upon moving in, we had some minor issues, but the biggest issue was handled within a month after moving in. We love the dishwasher we received. They really make sure we have things covered and communication is great between the staff, us and maintenence team.

My husband and I have enjoyed living here. We feel that management has been easy to get a hold of and have listened to our concerns. They also have been timely on getting things fixed for the most part. I rated it a 4 because we pay $25 (maybe $35?) to get our trash taken out, a non-optional service we pretty much never use. We also pay for a parking spot, another non-optional fee. This place has a pool thats well cared for, and we just got an updated gym thats got lots of great stuff in it. They recently replaced our windows, balcony, and sliding glass doors. Its obvious new management is trying to make changes to make it a more pleasant place to live. I will say that if you want to be the first to get new things they are giving complex-wide to choose an apartment near the street. We've waiting a few months for these new amenities. We also don't have grass in front of or place, but I imagine this will change next year. Overall we have had a nice time living here and we have felt safe.

I have been living here for 2 years and can honestly say that it is a safe community with great amenities. We have new management that has made several amazing improvements to our community. We now have doggy park areas, grilling areas and best of all new windows, paint and balconies. The upgrades just keep coming and management does a great job at keeping us posted. With new management come new rules and policies that we are still getting used to and that is the only reason I didn’t not rate them a 5.

Chose the right time to move here. I love the new porch/balconies. The metal looks a lot more stylish and the new color of the buildings are nice. Can't wait to see the workout room when it is complete. Front office personnel is professional and answers questions within a timely manner.

I called ironwood in a frantic frenzy looking for a home for my kids and myself. I had gotten myself into a sublease situation at another complex and things just were done properly on paperwork, so I was given no time to move out. Kris was beyond helpful, compassionate and kind. Her boss also dove hard into finding out how they could help me, as well as she called the horrible complex wanting answers as to what happened and why. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we weren't homeless and I am so thankful for them. The apartments are nice, bigger than most two bedrooms in town and they are so quick at responding to any questions or concerns. Both of the amazing ladies in the office worked on my application for a few days and now I move in end of January. THANK YOU IRONWOOD STAFF!!
