APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Colorado Springs

I recently moved here with my son from Northern California. Daniella made this possible by assisting us with the online application process. Our spacious 2 bed/2 bath unit and outdoor amenities offers all the comforts and conveniences to make our new life here enjoyable. We have lived here for 2 months and Cindy has been awesome at helping us with questions and getting settled in. I love the floor plan! Being in management myself I understand it takes a while to get everything set up and finding the best vendors. I have read other reviews complaining about dog feces everywhere. I see that as well, however, it’s the owner’s responsibility to pick up after their own pets!!!! If you have a pet, clean up after it! There is even a rake and scoop in the dog park to make it easy to clean up. Why should maintenance have to clean up after us? They do have a vendor taking care of the potholes. Maintenance has responded very quickly to our maintenance requests as we have been home when we said we would.

Miss Cindy in the front office was such a delight to work with. She made the move-in process so easy for me which I greatly appreciate! The apartment itself is spacious, and community is really quiet in my opinion. So far, I haven’t had any trouble since moving in and the neighbors are friendly as well. Thank you Cindy, for helping us with our new home!

Similar to most apartment complexes plenty of places to live without many places to park

Just moved in about a month ago and we are enjoying our stay here. When we moved in the apartment was ready for us. Definitely loving the layout and everything the ironwood has to offer. Super friendly staff who are aways ready to offer help or a solution.

Super excited to move into this beautiful community! Whitney Smith was amazing with all her accommodations and help getting us set up to move into our apartment!
